Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote
What You'll Do:
- Provide Program Management Services related to the SAP ECC6 migration of the Waltham site from Oracle:
- Develop and review project and resource plans;
- Provide guidance as requested to assist Alkermes in finalizing the selection and contracts with the selected SAP Systems Integrator and 3rd party vendors;
- Track and monitor program-level execution against plan and budget;
- Schedule Implementation workshops and activities as needed;
- Create periodic status reports for stakeholder review;
- Create Sponsor and Steering Committee presentations and participating in periodic Sponsor and Steering Committee meetings as requested;
- Facilitate issue, risk, and scope change management as needed;
- Escalate team member performance issues to Alkermes management as needed;
- Track and monitor the progress of the implementation partner and other 3rd party vendors toward completion of project milestones;
- Support functional team leads and provide guidance on solution design sessions.
What You'll Have:

- Schedule workstream meetings as needed;
- Track and monitor workstream execution against plan;
- Facilitate identification and resolution of issues, risks, and scope change requests; escalate to program level as needed for resolution;
- Create weekly status reports for program-level stakeholder review;
- Escalate team member performance issues to Alkermes management as needed.
