What You'll Do:
- Requests for Proposals
- Creating Change Request Forms
- Identifying trends
- Service Level Agreements
- Assisting in the resolution of support issues escalated by senior operations or development personnel.
- Windows
- End User Device Engineering
- Microsoft Intune
- Scripting
- Co-Management of devices in Intune
- Azure Active Directory
- Strong understanding of Cloud Management Gateway
- Experience managing and maintaining iOS devices/Apple deployments and Intune devices.
