Vernovis is looking for an AP Specialist for a high growth construction firm in the northern Cincinnati area.
As an AP Specialist, the candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to process supplier invoices and match payment/work statements.
This is an entry level role. There will be a plethora of opportunities to grow/advance within both the AP division, along with other departments such as accounting, tax, and IT.

- Process supplier invoices by converting data from images to fields within an ERP system.
- Answer vendor emails around payments and work statements.
- Ensure customer/company statements match.
- Ambition and history of growing responsibility set within previous occupations, even if title did not change.
- Ability to excel within a changing environment as the company continues to grow quickly.
- Openness to performance reviews in order to improve skillset.
