Summary:
We are looking to bring in a new team member to our Recruiting/Delivery team in Columbus or Cincinnati. This resource will receive immense professional development, a highly-competitive commission structure, and multiple paths to promotion/growth. Daily, this person will source, interview, and place IT professionals with a variety of local companies – building an excellent personal brand and network along the way.

Vernovis’ recruiters enhance our clients’ ability to develop their professional brand and value proposition. We represent IT, accounting, and finance professionals, helping them achieve their career goals by matching them with critical projects and opportunities.
Here’s what you’ll do:
• Prospect and network with candidates who are interested in considering opportunities with our firm.
• Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of candidates who can be called upon to meet our clients’ current and anticipated project resource needs
• Meet with candidates regularly to establish ongoing communication and make sure project requirements are being met
• Attend network events and other corporate events
• Team collaboration (client and Vernovis) to identify the best client resource solutions
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive candidates; discover new ways to find top talent
• Plan, implement, and execute a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to “bring home” results
