Vernovis is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our client’s growing team. The Help Desk Technician will provide level 1 IT support. Candidates must have a sound technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking IT assistance over phone or through email via their ticketing system.
- Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting to determine problems.
- Provide solutions based on internal best practices.
- Direct unresolved issues to next support tier.
- Provide customers with feedback on status of issues in a timely manner.
- Cell phone and mobile device administration
What You'll Have:
- Microsoft O365 / Windows 10
- Active directory
- PC software / hardware troubleshooting and support
- PC imaging and Deployment
- Mobile device management – ordering, configuring, troubleshooting.
