What You'll Do:
- Month-end close, journal entry, balance sheet reconciliation, annual audits
- Create customer invoices based on sales order
- Weekly bank reconciliation and cash application
- Lead account receivables collections
- Cover all AP functions such as processing invoices, researching issues, and executing weekly payment runs
- Assist Controller with annual physical inventory
What Experience You'll Have:
- 3-7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
- Excel expert: pivot tables, advanced formulas and VLOOKUPs
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments
- 2 year or 4 year degree in accounting or related field
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Cost accounting or a desire to learn cost accounting
