Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Systems Administrator
Length: 6+ month contract
Location: Hybrid Onsite in Columbus, Ohio
Summary:
Vernovis is currently partnering with one of our clients in the logistics space to place a Senior Cybersecurity Systems Administrator. This client has a high-focus on Security and is growing their team quickly. This position will work within the enterprise infrastructure security arena, with specialty in Cisco, SIEM management, and other key technologies.

Responsibilities
- Configure, Support, enhance, and administer key security platforms
- Configure and maintain:
- Cisco Firepower Firewalls
- Rapid7 SIEM
- Tren Micro virus protection
- Act as the security expert within the Infrastructure organization
- Respond to major enterprise infrastructure security incidents
- Partner closely with the enterprise Security team
- Multiple years of experience in enterprise infrastructure security
- Systems configuration and support of Cisco Firepower Firewalls, Rapid7 SIEM, and Tren Micro virus protection
- Security project experience AND security operations/support experience
