Job Title: VP of Corporate Accounting and Finance

Vernovis is looking for a VP of Corporate Accounting and Finance for an industry leading manufacturer that services some of the most recognized consumer-goods companies in the US.

As an experienced VP, the candidate will serve as an advisor to the financial executive team in a high growth environment. The VP will oversee all technical reporting, acquisitions, special projects, audits, and special projects.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as an advisor to the financial executive team and own on all technical reporting, implementation of new standards, and conformance with GAAP.
• Report directly to the SVP of Corporate Finance and CFO.
• Generate monthly reports / analyses as per the CFO, including cash flow analyses, EBITDA bridges, and price realizations.
• Manage all special financial projects, planned and unplanned
• Serve as the financial team’s key representative in the acquisition of new companies. Aid in purchase price accounting and integration of new entity.
• Manager the quarterly internal audit and assist in addressing any found issues.

• CPA
• Big 4 Senior Manager experience
• Experience writing high level technical memos to CPA firms
• Ability to present financial statements to an executive team
• History of contributing to a high growth company involved in multiple acquisitions
• Adaptability to new/changing responsibilities
